giorgios, in widget list is one named „text – arbitrary text or HTML”. Include in this text the embed code of video, and activate widget.

Am incercat plugin-ul dar n-am reusit, desi am urmat exact pasii. Dupa care am descoperit ca totul e mult mai simplu. Poti include codul „embaded” oriunde in sidebar, intr-un simplu text, care se afla in lista predefinita de widgets si functioneaza super.

daca totul e setat corect, atunci trebuie sa sti ca pluginul ia videoul doar de la ultimul articol din acea categorie. asadar daca penultimul post are video setat dar ultimul nu, pluginul nu va afisa nimic.
de aceea recomand folosirea unei categorii unde publici doar videoclipuri.
problema rezolvata de la versiunea 1.63
eu sunt interesata sa includ in sidebar orice video, fara legatura cu vreun post, dar imi place ideea. voi incerca. multumesc.
Am reusit pe jumatate. 🙂 nu-mi incarca codul embed dar apare pe sidebar. Unde gresesc??

vezi ca la „youtube_video_id” trebuie sa pui doar ID-ul format din 11 caractere. spre exemplu „hTWKbfoikeg”.
deasemenea actualizeaza pluginul la ultima versiune.

you must configure the widget to get videos from a specific category.
also at least 1 post from that category must have „custom fields” set

Embedded players must now be minimum 200 x 200. That’s a youtube rule. i don;t have what to do
